We'd become accustomed to the feeling of dread when we had to call or speak with the pharmacies we were previously using. We've HAPPILY switched all of our monthly prescriptions to this location.

I was always pleased with their service, until tonight, when I ran out of birth control, and they refused to refill it, even though pharmacists CAN prescribe birth control. Their solution was to WASTE my time and a doctor's time at a walk in clinic to get a oreavripprep, even though a pharmacist can easily prescribe it. I ended up going to a different pharmacy, who happily refilled my birth control, and restored my faith in customer service.
