- KIK M IqbalNov 16, 20252.0We visited Specsavers, North Regina on November 14 for our scheduled eye appointments. I am a 65-year-old man, and upon arrival my wife and I had to stand for about 7–8 minutes as there were no designated seating arrangements for waiting patients. Both sales staff members were busy assisting other customers, so we could not immediately inform anyone of our appointment. Once the staff became available, they greeted us politely and confirmed our appointments. I was taken in first for the initial eye tests, while my wife waited outside. Her turn was next. During the test, the machine was not functioning properly for a while, but the technician—who was very polite—repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience. The doctor later conducted the examination with great skill and professionalism. Overall, the staff were courteous, well-behaved, and helpful. However, I strongly felt the lack of seating for patients and the absence of a dedicated receptionist or greeter. As a newly opened branch, I hope the management will kindly take note of these areas for improvement, especially considering elderly patients like myself.
