While the two ladies working did greet us and answer a quick question about their 2-year manufacturer warranties, the service ended there. My daughter and I spent quite a bit of time browsing and trying on several pairs of glasses, yet neither staff member bothered to get out of their chair to offer assistance, help with sizing, or provide any recommendations. They seemed completely uninterested in helping us and stayed seated the entire time we were in the store. Because of this unwelcoming experience, we left and went straight to a different business where we were actually assisted and made our purchase there instead. This store lost two sales today simply because the staff wouldn't get up to help a customer. I would not recommend this location if you are looking for helpful or attentive service.

Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
