  Absolutely terrible customer service from Martina. It took over a month to get my sunglasses after my frames were broken by them, and then the wrong pair was ordered by Martina. I had to come back FOUR times just to get them adjusted. On my last visit, Martina was rude, acted like I was an inconvenience, and handled my glasses so aggressively I thought she’d break them. On two occasions, she tightened the screws so much that the arms would barely open and close. So frustrating having to come back so many times. I’ve never had to do this in the past. She either needs better training or a different role. After this experience, I will probably not be coming back.

  Got a new pair of glasses that fit pretty decent. After first day the glasses pinched my head behind my ear on one side. I explained and showed the person working where the problem was. Apparently she wasn't interested in my thoughts about how the glasses fit. Without any consideration from what I had showed her, she started bending on the bows. When she handed them back the fit was terrible. The glasses squeezed my head so hard it pushed the glasses forward on my head and would not stay in place on my head. After the third try the glasses still pinch my head so hard after a day it is painful to wear my new glasses. I have had the glasses for over a month and worn them 3 days. I will be seeing them again tomorrow, hopefully they can make them fit better. I'm not holding my breath. One thing for sure, pearl vision will never sell me another pair of gasses.
