- DRDeb ROct 3, 20255.0I love this service. My Mom became ill and could not figure out how to use her phone to call for help. She spent 2 days not eating or taking her medicine. Her memory problems turned out to be dementia. There is a 6-12 month waiting period to get into assisted living places. With the help of Home Instead's wonderful caregivers, we were able to keep her home , well cared for, and apt. was spotless, until an opening came up. I would recommend highly to anyone. They can do cleaning, companionship, nursing care for any amount of time needed.

They make scheduling extremely easy and try to make every accommodation to meet our current needs. They have been very thorough in introducing us to the home care giver system, the care givers themselves, as well as helping us work with the VA. The relationship with Home Instead has become a vital part of our daily lives as we navigate the care of our aging parents. I am so very grateful for the genuine care and concern each caregiver shows to my family, as well as the focused attention we receive from the office staff.
