Monument Health Sturgis Hospital

Monument Health Sturgis Hospital is a critical access hospital located in the Northern Black Hills. The hospital offers 24-hour emergency service, inpatient and outpatient care, and hospice. Sturgis Hospital is co-located with Monument Health Sturgis Care Center, an 84-bed skilled nursing environment, and with Monument Health Sturgis Clinic, a primary care clinic that also hosts visiting clinics for specialty physicians. Sturgis Hospital & Clinic were connected in 2018 during a major renovation and expansion project.
