Monument Health Care Center

Residents at Monument Health Sturgis Care Center receive customized, high quality care from our dedicated physicians and caregivers and have access to meaningful living programs organized by our full time activities staff. Care Center is a licensed, 84-bed skilled-nursing environment that is co-located with Sturgis Hospital. Residents receive three well-balanced meals and snacks every day, prepared under the supervision of a registered dietician. Physicians visit the Care Center every week, and work very closely with nursing caregivers to provide the best possible experience for all residents. Caregivers will provide the assistance each resident needs, while allowing them to reach and maintain the highest possible level of independence.
