  When I When I called and made the appointment and when I arrived at Monument Health, the people I came in contact with were very friendly and welcoming. However, on the phone I told whomever I spoke with that. I had several issues and I wanted to be referred for physical therapy because I had twisted my knee my lower back hurt and I felt that my pelvis may have been rotated. Again when I got taken into the room, spoke with the attending nurse. I explained that to her as well that I wanted to be referred for physical therapy. When the doctor came in, the only thing he looked at was my knee. He had an x-ray done. He examined my knee, said that the x-ray looked good that evidently I just had some sprained tendons and sent me on the way. Nothing said about my pelvis. Nothing said about my back and I did not get a referral for physical therapy. 10 years ago, I went in because my knees were hurting going up and down the stairs. I did get referred for physical therapy which has kept me from having to have knee replacement surgery. So frankly, I am.NOT HAPPY AND FEEL THAT I WASTED MY TIME!

  everyone was very nice, including the blood tech with a dead baby with a stomach wound tattooed to her arm and the expression "If I can't have love, I want power" my six year old did not understand the extreme violence of this tattoo and neither do I - horrific
