- IRInge RoettcherApr 3, 20261.0Bad experience! Went there to get a new contact lens prescription, the optometrist fit me with two or three different pairs of contact lenses and none of them worked! He stated he couldn't get anything comparable to what I've been wearing for the last 10 years. I know my eyes and I know what works best with my vision. Each pair he gave me to try out did not work, the first pair made me dizzy and I couldn't see street signs a block away. I drive for a living so I need to be able to see well. I paid $50 for the exam and it was a wasted amount of money. Went to another place. The exam was cheaper and the contacts work wonderfully, very comparable to what I've been wearing.

Nose piece broke and they won't fix or replace them and then they also tell me they don't have my prescription on file. So, I'm not able to even get replacement glasses without a new exam. Never go here!

They always explain everything so well with my kids and make the eye pictures and tests more fun! As a mama of three, I highly recommend them with your family eye care!
