I loved Trina's service. She helped me understand the health and current condition of my feet and helped us choose the best insoles for our shoes based on the position, shape, and weight distribution of my feet. We will definitely be buying more.

My wife went in today. Tried to exchange one of her insoles for a new 1, which is a lifetime warranty as per when they were sold them to us. The lady that was working at Sioux Falls Empire mall. Parking lot location refused to help her and would only try to sell her new ones at full price. A lifetime warranty means a lifetime warranty. If your employees are not trained properly, you need to remove them from your stores.People do not pay their harder and money to get hassled by incompetent people looking to make sales

They have a 98% success rate, but if you are part of the 2% that doesn’t have success they do not care about you. It’s truly only about money especially to the manager who runs this store. They do not disclose that there are no refunds before you purchase. When I brought it up that they should have told me no refunds before purchase her response was “we don’t do refunds we have a 98% success rate”. I did try to get my money back, but they would not refund after several attempts to exchange my inserts to see what would work for me. The 2%. $1500 is ALOT of money. Just stolen from this store. I recommend going to the doctor or trying any other insert before coming here. Make this your last option. In the long run, it will be less expensive as well.

Alyssa was a great sales person to work with otherwise I guess she wouldn't have sold us the store. Seemed to know her business, however, buyers need to beware. Ask up front how much this could possibly cost because we were floored. My daughter and I were the last customers of the day. After all the testing of our feet and fitting us with various arch supports we went to checkout and to our dismay we were charged over $1700 for 3 different arch supports at $505.95 each which we were suppose to wear at different intervals in our day and Super Athletic Antimicrobial, 3 arch support sleeves. Really; over $500 each! We both just looked at each other but paid with our credit cards as it was after working hours and we didn't even say anything. Our BIG mistake. She never said one word about what each item would cost nor what we were getting until we were presented with a box of items at the end. We were both hoping that since we invested this kind of money they will work. I, however, wore my inserts this morning but by 1:30 I had such horrible pain in my right knee and hip that I had to remove them. Pain then went away immediately. I will try again tomorrow. You know the saying "I got screwed and it didn't even feel good" is exactly how we feel!!!!. We are unable to return any of the items as they have a NO REFUND POLICY. We would be issued a store credit or an exchange.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
