  Fast and easy exam and when I came back a few days later to order the new lenses for my frames it was also quick and easy. Anh and Jared are great!

  I had the pleasure of using Target Optical today. Signing up for an appointment was simple via the Target.com app. Once i chose a convenient appointment time, I received a confirmation text followed by a second text where I was able to upload my profile and insurance information. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by Jered. Jered’s communication was top notch and his professional demeanor put me at ease right away. He explained how the exam would be performed and then proceeded with the exam. He explained the purpose of each machine and what the machine was measuring. After concluding the testing via the machines, Jered explained what and how TeleHealth worked. I was used to meeting the optometrist in person as they tested my eye sight and dialed in my prescription. This new TeleHealth process still had an optometrist dialing in my prescription but he wasn’t in the room with me. The entire process was conducted remotely. Before you think that is odd, the process ran just as smoothly as if the optometrist was physically in the room. I’m impressed at how much technology has advanced the eye exam process. After getting my prescription, Jered handed me off to Anh, who helped me select frames and placed the order for them. Anh was engaging and extremely friendly and explained everything she was doing. She made choosing frames extremely easy and fun. Overall, Jered and Anh were awesome and made the entire process a pleasure. I don’t remember the last time I enjoyed an eye exam process as much as I did today. If you’re wondering if the TeleHealth process works, I can assure you it does so don’t hesitate to make your appointment.

  Anh can always answer my questions and is incredibly friendly and efficient. She even gives the best tips when picking out the frames that best fit the face. She keeps me coming back to Target Optical!

  Anh was absolutely exceptional; she was patient and explained all of our options with each level of lense type. She was also a great help while we were going through the frame options. The way Target Optical does their measuring of the iris placement for the lenses is top notch, so there are virtually no issues with progressive lenses….we know this because we had already purchased two pairs of glasses with Target Optical previously. We highly recommend!!
