  I always go to this urgent care. FAST, EFFICIENT, THOROUGH. I had Dr. Frankie, second time I have seen him. You can see this man's compassion on his sleeve as soon as he walks in the room. I pushed for an inhaler last time, he didn't think I necessarily "needed" it BUT honored my request anyways. That is HUGE as I have seen a female provider there who was filling in from the Lacrosse location, that refused to honor a request similar (my body told me I have an ear infection because of the specific pain and I asked for antibiotics, she said she saw a possible mild ear infection but not a servere enough one for antibiotics and refused to prescribe them and I left in tears and in pain. Honoring patient requests is huge for me. This time I saw him, was for a elbow injury. So very warm, kind, gentle, and thorough. Got me in and out as usual. Love this urgent care and everyone there! If you want fast, efficient care, this is the one!
