  I was lifeflighted from Gillette wy to rapid as I was in a rollover and was not expected to make it they did amazing job saving my life I have long recovery ahead me I will forever be grateful for all drs

  Have been going to wound care for sometime now. Due to a wound from an injury that is slow to heal. Can't say thank you enough to the entire staff. From the front desk, the people who initially check vitals and such. Sorry don't remember their title at the moment. The nurses are friendly, competent, and caring, couldn't be better. My provider, Sarah Johnson, CNP, CWS, CFCS, is everything the rest of the staff does, plus extremely knowledgeable and skilled. My health is dependent on people like them, and I appreciate it.

  I came in for High Blood Pressure, Got it taken care of during the first visit. Then came back a few hours later and it was dismissed as Anxiety. Didn’t seem like the Dr. cared and told me 177/114 isn’t something to worry about. Wished we had other options for emergency care in this area.

  I was admitted here after a seizure. I am extremely squeamish with needles and medical stuff, and Jodi in the ER was so kind and patient with me throughout all the bloodwork and IVs. She prevented an already scary evening from becoming scarier. During my overnight stay, RN Sarika was amazing as well! Despite everything going on, the hospital environment managed to feel very comfortable. I was constantly meeting new people, and was constantly wheeled around for various tests, and yet, the amazing staff here made it so it didn't feel overwhelming. I am so grateful to have had such great care during one of the most vulnerable nights of my life.

  Monument Health, for Rapid City is Really a Good Place to go. The Staff are Very Pleasant, and Very Helpful to walk you to your Destination for your health appointment. When you reach your appointment destination, the receptionist there are pleasant and check you in making sure you are the right person the dr is seeing. When called for your dr, the assistant for your dr checks your meds and she/he welcomes you to seeing the dr and finding out what may happen during your appointment seeing him/her. The Tests results and also the blood pressure and vitals are all taken, so the dr can easily see if any changes have happened. The Assistant is Very polite and real knowledgeable in doing her/his work before the dr. comes to see you. Everyone before the Dr sees you are Very Professional in their jobs they do. The Dr. sees you, and can go over tests if done, checks your chart of pertinent information you might not know, and he/she is Very in-tune to any and all questions you might have during your visit. The Dr is a Very Professional Person working to make sure You are in a Healthy State for Yourself and the Needs you might have in order to make yourself Healthy and to Feel Better too. The Dr is Always Good and Knowledgeable to Answer any and All Questions you might have during your appointment with him/her. Tests can be given for results he/she might want regarding your health diagnosis. Your Dr is the Best of the Best when seeing Him/Her from Monument Health.
