  Everything was great. Except for the receptionist. She refused to fill out a medical form for my mother, raising her voice and drawing attention from the entire lobby. Yelling around about fraud. Smh. Very upsetting and humiliating when its a lack of communication and knowledge on her part. After her supervisor apologized and my mom told her to have a good day she turned away mumbling something. Maybe she should remember people are going through medical obstacles and being polite and friendly is the least she could do. Altogether her behavior was very unacceptable.

  They were trying a new girl and she was very good but the women training her was not! She consistently picked my brain surgery scar many times with long fake finger nails as if I was a practice dummy I even said ouch a few times. But was very ruff and rude. I feel back for the new person cuz she was rude to her.
