  Dr Milligan and his staff were exceptional today! My mom has been suffering from a hip injury for months. She’s had to jump through many hoops for insurance, physical therapy and procedures before finally being able to be the surgeon. Everybody up until this point, including the people choosing to say they have been wonderful. I am so thankful for the care that my mom is receiving and that she’s finally going to feel better.

  Vanessa Pribil is so very caring! She was very thoural and answered all of my questions and concerns. I definitely am so very grateful & thankful that I had an appointment with her today about all the health problems that I am currently going through.   Last year my son and my daughter had tubes put in. For scheduling purposes, one went to the Monument Hopsital and the other went to Same Day. Despite having the same procedure and using Monument doctors from the same ENT clinic, we were charged $5,500 more for my son’s procedure because it was at the Monument Hospital. Same Day billed a package deal and charged far less where as Monument nickel & dimed every little thing. I would recommend asking for cost differences and seeing if surgeries can be booked through Same Day rather than Monument.

  I'd like to give a 5 star review to Cindy, in the PT/OT check in area. She is wonderful! She tells the most adorable Tupperware story to motivate patients to return their clipboard, Lol! It's not every day that someone can make you smile so much over something so small, yet so kind! She's a gem. I never got a Press Gainey survey for that visit, so I hope management still sees this here. She's a gem!
