  Taylor from here just saved me from unnecessary pain and I can't say thank you enough to her. When I went to my ortho appt the assistant cut straps of my brace, thinking they were extra, when in fact they were very much needed in order to get the brace tight enough to support my messed up knee. Leaving there, my knee kept popping in and out of placem. I called there, where I got the brace, and Taylor helped me figure out a solution. She deserves a gold star, a big raise and bonus, and more. Thank you!!!!! I appreciate you helping resolve this more then you know!.

  Terrible customer service. No one answered the phone and they did not return voicemail. Three weeks after Dr. sent request, they contacted me about equipment needed. Totally useless. Don’t waste your time.
