Care and support are provided by an experienced team including nurses, social workers, nursing aides, physical therapists, counselors, chaplains, physicians, pharmacists and volunteers. Hospice provides acute (24/7 in-home care), respite (temporary) and residential (patient resides at Hospice House) care. Hospice is on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
