Kathleen takes such amazing care of my parents. She is detailed and consistent but most of all caring and compassionate. She allows for them to have a better life in their home

I have been with Home Instead for a year now. I have had numerous caregivers through the year. But the one that I have had the most is Virginia. She has been exceptional in her caregiving in caring for John. She is very attentive his needs. And goes above in working with him as far as trying to get him to do activities. She is very conscientious of his needs and moods,
when we are having a bad day. She is very helpful in household duties .
And we enjoy having her here. She is always in a good mood!!

I have thought about sending a letter to thank the office and caregivers for how much I appreciate them. I have had care for a little over 4 years from home instead. I have met some amazing people.
I have a team of regular carepros and I want to acknowledge what I appreciate about each of them
Emily-Ann is a caring, smart, and gentle caregiver. She is a quick learner, we have laughed and cried together while we watch our favorite show while we eat our supper together. I enjoy moments with her.
I see Elle as a very caring person when she comes to see me. I would like to see her as a regular more often.
When Kat and I first started it was a bumpy road together. Kat showed me how she wanted to learn me so we kept trying until she got to be very good with my care. I like her to be one of my regular daytime caregivers. She has my care done very well, she even learned some tricks from me that she didn’t know. I see her as very caring and an eager person.
Joey and I also had a very bumpy start but we got to be very good friends. I found her work very satisfying and she gave a lot of love with her care with what she did. I’m hoping she will come back to me.
I miss Tamra, she was able to get my sling on good after it took her awhile to learn my lift. She learned my care well and then I have been separated from her for awhile and I would like to start seeing her again more regularly.
Megan took me by surprise when she could do my lift right right from the beginning. She has a caring heart and wants to give love in her work. Hope she does well in beauty school.
I appreciate the fact of all the caregivers that have tried to work with me in the past.
