  Professional friendly staff. The provider was excellent at explaining parts of the eye that no one else has ever done. I can tell the optometrist likes her job. The techs were very professional. I will totally go back here and would recommend it to anyone needing glasses or their eyes checked .

  The staff and Doctor were kind and caring. I loved the current eye equipment to check my eyes.

  The equipment is great. The doctor helped me understand my vision perfect and easy. But the ladies who process insurance and orders think they know everything. They change doctor’s recommendations to something less than stating “oh you’re never gonna get that covered, I been doing this 25 years.” Cash-pay only for doctor’s recommendations. I called my insurance lady. Guess what??? My insurance covers the lenses! They just have to communicate with the insurance partners to “code it” is what I was told by my insurance lady. The eyewear “specialists” seemed angry that the lenses are covered, which confused me, and they still refused to order them in for my 10-year-old son and I. I will recommend close friends and family away from here, as it’s been 7 weeks since doc recommended these lenses and they still aren’t even ordered.

  So pleased I chose Vision Source for my eye exam. Dr Pearson and the entire staff are professional and friendly. Fitted for contacts and they worked with me for the best fit possible. Addressing my dry itchy eyes it was recommended that I see Dr. Wattenhofer. The best option for my dry eyes was a procedure called Optilight. What a game changer! It is wonderful to be able to wear my contacts without the discomfort before the Optilight. I will recommend Vision Source to everyone.
