- G1Glo 13Dec 12, 20251.0Before coming to this dentist office I was warned by many locals not to do so. They shared their horrific stories. Don't ask me why I took it with a grain of salt, and figured I'd give them a try.- OMG!!! What they have done to me I have no words!! Botch job that they did is irreversible. A simple needle giving me a hematoma with blood coming out of my nose and the dentist still didn't stop. Now I have nerve damage! I won't get too much into details. JUST Don't go to this place! Don't send your children stay away from this place. They are shady and they lie. And you know how I know that they lie-because three of the dental assistants that were fired within a 4-month period told me so! Among a lot of other things they said which I will not put on here AT THIS TIME! They will be reported to the highest extent possible !!

- G1Glo 13Oct 14, 20255.0I would like to share my experience with those who really don't like to go to the dentist lol : I don't know what it is about a dentist visit that makes people very very nervous. Maybe prior experience not sure but I could tell you this, the fear that comes over some of us is Kind of bizarre. Anyway I recently moved to North Sioux City South Dakota, coming from a large State big city with a population in the Millions. to a population of 3,000 people in North Sioux City. I was worried about finding a dentist cuz I needed a lot of dental work that I've been putting off for a while. so I decided to give North Sioux City Dental Clinic a try being it was local. I have to say from day one I'm so glad that I decided to go there. You walk into place and the girls that work the front desk are so nice, always smiling, and they treat you like a family. Especially ~Yesenia I've gotten to know them pretty well. I have been there probably over 10 times in the last few months.. At first my dentist was Dr Kenneth Tjeerdsma, a very nice dentist.He's very sweet and takes the time to sit and comfort you and I appreciate that. Recently I was switched over to Dr. Ryan McKenna.To complete the job of my dental work. McKenna is an In-N-Out doctor. He's very good and very fast at what he does. Not much for chit chat but he does listen to your concerns, and is extremely accurate. Answer all your questions. And does a great job! The assistant that I was lucky to have through this adventure is a woman named Mel. Mel is the type of dental assistant (Nurse) that listens to your needs, takes the time to get to know you, explains everything no matter how many times you ask, And she does it with a smile.. She's very knowledgeable, I think she would make a great dentist, or at the very least a dental assistant instructor. She approaches things with compassion and to me that's very important. If you do decide to give North Sioux City Dental Clinic a try I recommend that you ask for Mel to be your dentist assistant on your appointment date. The place is just an all-around good place. After a procedure they check on you the following day, they get you in if you need to get an appointment very quickly. I'm very pleased with them. I highly recommend …. They just go above and beyond to make sure you're okay and happy with the work. and a lot of places don't do that. Thank U~ Gloria Wolf

The staff is so welcoming and makes you feel completely at ease. The hygienists are gentle but thorough, and the dentists take the time to explain everything clearly without making you feel rushed. The office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable.
