  Paula's Hearing Aid Service has been fantastic for my Mom! They are so kind and go out of their way for people they don't even know! They did a wonderful job on her hearing test (free of charge.) They have also adjusted and cleaned her hearing aids for free!! My Mom is hearing so much better! Paula and her staff are simply the best!!! ❤️

  After a few years of noticing things just didn’t sound right and using the words”what was that?” About 400 times a day (plus my family nagging me about my hearing) I decided to get my hearing checked. Going through blue 365, (Truhearing) I was set up with an appointment with Paula’s Hearing Aid Services in Mitchell. Paula’s participation with this program doesn’t yield her the profit she could make by me going to her direct but after meeting with her, it was clear to me that she does this to help people, not just make money. After the testing and her identifying my hearing loss, and the fact that hearing aids would benefit me, I told her if I get hearing aids, I want the ones that talk to the moon and do everything. She went over the different brands and price chart with me, making her brand recommendation and told me she could sell me the top of the line, but said, “your hearing loss doesn’t need all those bells and whistles and would go unused” so we settled on the mid line of aids. I knew then that I was dealing with a person who did care and was not In it to get the most money she could. My fitting was a wonderful experience with me asking about 100 questions and Paula answering them all. Since I live 150 miles from Mitchell, she set me up with “the cloud,” where satellites will adjust my hearing aids automatically over the next 3 months to gradually allow my brain to adjust to the prescription I need and the new sounds I will be hearing. My first day of wearing them was pretty impressive-I didn’t have problems adjusting to them in my ears. The most noticeable sound I first heard was just how loud my key board was!! Paula and Marilyn made me feel like a valued customer and were very efficient and caring. I had the urge to give them a hug when I left with my new hearing aids! A lot of people procrastinate about their hearing and seem to think hearing aids are for old people. I decided why waste more time wondering what I’ve missed in conversations? Check them out if you need to get your hearing tested, you won’t be disappointed

  Paula is the best at what she does. You will not find a more caring, more passionate, more attentive professional in the entire country - Mitchell, South Dakota is so lucky to have her. For all of your hearing aids, go see Paula! Best decision you'll ever make.

  Paula and Marilyn are fabulous to work with! They care about each patient and you are treated like family when you enter the door. You can count on Paula to be honest with you and hold your hand through the process. I would highly recommend coming here for all of your hearing needs!

  Excellent!!! Friendly, efficient & knowledgeable staff. Clean modern office, plenty of parking. Free return visits for tune ups and cleanings. Available anytime in person or phone to answer questions. Paula's carrys a couple different brands of hearing aids on site & reasonable pricing.Paula's Hearing is, in my estimation, the best in Mitchell!
