Monument Health Custer Hospital

Monument Health Custer Hospital is a critical access hospital located in the Southern Black Hills. The hospital offers 24-hour emergency service, inpatient and outpatient care and hospice. Custer Hospital is co-located with Monument Health Custer Clinic. Monument Health Custer Assisted Living is in close proximity to the hospital and clinic. Custer Hospital and Clinic were renovated and expanded in 2018 to meet the current and future needs of the Southern Hills.
