  Thank you but no thank you. Definitely not contacting the patient liaison.The patient liaison should have got in front of this disaster in the first place.So rude med assistant from the front door to phone help.Terrible.

  Dr. Sides genuinely cares for her patients. She is the best PCP I’ve had in my adult life. She clearly has the best intentions, cares deeply, and tries her best to do the right thing. While not perfect, she has the heart which is everything. I am grateful for the care I have received from her.

  Came into the clinic today, little trouble with the knee. Our nurse suggested we have it looked at and while waiting for our doctor to work us into the schedule as we didn't have an appointment, she had us take care of the labs etc... Seems to have saved time and things went very well! Quite pleased with our visit today. Not rushing back but won't hesitate to return as the helpful staff was excellent.

  Overall experience was great. Efficient and friendly staff at the registration desk. My nurse, Kaylee, was sweet, knowledgeable and efficient. Got labs drawn and staff there was friendly and skilled. Dr. Falkenburg is the most caring physician I've met. She genuinely cares beyond your health issues, and works to meet your needs. Thank you to everyone I encountered for making me feel welcome. :)
