  Excellent service. The reason for the kiosk is accuracy and privacy. I appreciate not having to announce at the front desk in front of people my name and what's going on. Also fewer people have their hands and eyes on my debit card.

  Nurse and provider were great. I was very off put by having to check in with the kiosk. I was given no option. I even told the receptionist that I don’t see the point if someone is sitting right there. She told me that it is more for privacy reasons apparently. Then to top it off I still had to go back and visit her and answer more questions. It seems the kiosk is an issue with a lot of people. The other urgent cares don’t have this. I think Monument needs to serious consider whether to keep the kiosk or not. I got one am just going to go to a different urgent care instead of this one even though I live in Box Elder. BHUC is much more friendly and personable.
