  Customer service is lacking. Went in for a standard in-network teeth cleaning utilizing delta dental (first time visit). X-Rays and cleaning went well, but Very Talkative. Two months later I received a bill for $127. Apparently they did not check with my previous dentist or insurance to see if a full mouth film series was covered or due. Sadly it was not:( I even filled out the new patient paperwork stating I got my teeth cleaned 6 months ago and let them know why I left the other dentist after 20+ years. I tried this dentist because my previous dentist was getting up there in age and was no longer able to keep his tools steady. They did offer to apply half of the paid amount to my account for future visits. I politely declined because teeth cleanings should be covered under my delta dental plan. I will look for a different in-network dentist that will do what is right for the customer.

  Dr. Sturkie and his staff are the best ever! He has the most caring personality of any medical professional that I've ever seen. Dr. Sturkie is very gentle and truly cares for his patients. My family and extended family all see him. One thing that speaks for his gentleness is the fact that all four of my grandchildren go to him and none are afraid to go to the dentist. I've never heard anyone speak ill of Dr. Sturkie. He's the best and his staff is wonderful as well!

  Dr Mickey is one of the most gentle and caring dentists. He is professional and makes your dental experience stress free. His care has been unlike any other care I have ever received. His staff is also wonderful. Oh and you get a warm cookie when you leave ☺️
