- MMMiayaDec 22, 20201.0Jennifer the secretary is beyond RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to get information and she stated that only her manager or the admission office could provide the information. When asked to be transferred to either or she hung up the phone. I called back and she did not answer. I called back with a different telephone number , she answered and hung up again. I would like to speak to corporate office regarding this type of behavior.

My sister and I called earlier and spoke with someone who couldn't provide much information, but said she would pass our info in to Jennifer and she could assist us. We called back and spoke with Jennifer. She refused to provide us any assistance, hung up on us 3 times, and was very rude and condescending. All we would like to do is find care for our mother, but we should not be treated as less than. This is unacceptable!
