Mom, for the first time in years, told me I didn't have to talk so loud... instead of "what or what did you say?" My family had the most interactive conversations over Thanksgiving and everyone said how pleased they were with Mom's hearing ability. It was really great! But the best part for me was seeing mom smile during these great conversations. She was enjoying herself which was extremely heartwarming. Jennifer and Betsy continue to give great service and excellent follow-up service. Mom hasn't really had any problems with the hearing aides. Excellent choice and spoton! Thanks from Mom and me.
