I go once a month now just to stay in alignment and am in the best shape of my life. As an avid exerciser I am so happy that I was able to get back into shape and not have hip, back, and knee pain anymore. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve the results I have with my fitness had it not been for the relief I gained going here.
