Walked in to buy my usual case of bum energy drinks for $29.99 I grabbed a case walk up to the check out and the guy rips the case open and starts scanning each can individually which was odd, then proceeds to tell me the total is $40!! I go that’s wrong I buy a case every week for $29.99 he goes no that’s the price and I continue to tell him he’s wrong and then show him the price online as well it’s $29.99 He then proceeds to tell me yeah but you have to pay for shipping online?? 😂 I said sir that’s why I’m at the physical store so I don’t have to pay shipping. What a terrible way to try and explain why they were trying to overcharge me.

I bought a bottle of vitamins and a handful of protein bars. They had to be rung up on separate transactions. The explanation is so management can easily see where bars and vitamins are being bought because they have separate margins and they can pull it easier. What?? No.
