  I take my husband, mom, and dad to appointments with Polly. She is always so kind and patient. My mom has severe dementia and Polly always makes sure mom understands what she is asking of her. Mom loves her! Dad, likes that he can show up at the office to get adjustments for him and mom. My husbands life has been changed since we first met Polly and he was fitted with his first ever hearing aids. He used to hear "cicadas" during waking hours and it was painful for him. Plus he was missing all I had to say to him :) Polly, thank you for being good at your job and always being kind to all of us. God bless you and your staff. Electa

  So grateful for Polly and her team. They go above and beyond to provide service and care for all of their patients. Polly is thoughtful and thorough, she made sure my parents felt heard and taken care of ( a special gift). She is always ready to help and patiently solve all of our questions and maintenance issues. I am so glad she is in our community of care givers! Thank you!

  Comparing my experience in the examinations I received for my previous hearing aid of a different brand some years ago, my experience at Miracle Ear was much more thorough, and the results speak for themselves. My hearing with my new Miracle-Ear precision instruments is dramatically improved! I can watch TV at a normal volume, actually understand what people are saying to me, and once again hear stereo music! Polly Poston took the time to learn my needs and used the results of my hearing tests to recommend the perfect instruments to overcome most of my hearing loss. Katie Rhodes helped with some issues I was having connecting to my phone. I can highly recommend the staff at Miracle-Ear to anyone unhappy with their hearing!
