I have two children that need glasses, and have referrals, called these people, I was told to call back and hit option 3, I did that 3 times, no one answered! Callback and the front desk is very nonchalant! I’m like if yall don’t want my business i can go else where, it’s 3:30pm, the schedule shows they are open, why no one answering the phones, so I will be taking my business elsewhere !! Customer service is A ZERO! Company is a ZERO! And as soon as I can find another way to complaint, I will.
