  I have used Miracle-Ear many years back. This experience lately was totally different and unexpected with the way they were now handling the customers. It was a very pleasant and friendly condition from the moment I walked in the door until she started testing for the hearing aid. The testing was handled in a very professional manner and easy to understand. After the testing, she sit down with me and explain the benefits of the hearing aids and how they operated. There was no rush to finish and make a sale until everything was explained and demonstrated and you made up your mind. Unlimited amounts of follow up to make sure your hearing aids or working the most efficient for you. Each follow up with schedule and had as much time needed with-a very professional and understanding manners. They call to make sure you remember they schedule appointment and worked with you if that was a problem. Ms Polly and her assistant were extremely nice each time you entered the office. I would not have any hesitation to recommend anyone who needed hearing aids to go see Mrs. Polly at Miracle Aids in Sumter, SC
