I liked it because it was convenient and to get an appointment it wasn’t weeks or months you had to book in advance, but now I’m done after my visit 6/20/24. I went for my yearly eye exam, cause I need more contacts. I’ve always paid with insurance just $30. This time without warning or asking if I wanted extra charges my bill was $150. I could always get a 6 month supply of contacts for free with my insurance and now I can’t. Even with my insurance my contacts were $150. Not expecting to pay that much and couldn't, but I had to. I was embarrassed, felt degraded and I went to my vehicle and cried. So hurt. I was charged for a normal eye exam, intermediate eye exam and a contact fitting eye exam. I came in for was a normal eye exam to get my contact Prescription. To make matters worse, the doctor who I thought I was seeing is no longer there and everything is portal exam now.
