Do not come to this Sweet Grass Pediatric facility!! My daughter has been suffering from a fever and sore throat ,we took her in for a sick visit. Her school informed us that Strep throat is going around the school and We made the doctor and nurses aware of that . instead of prescribing her antibiotics,They prescribed her nausea medicine and told us to rotate Tylenol and Motrin we did what they said hoping she’d get better ,and her fever still hasn’t gone away after a week .still as she’s in severe pain, and has already been seen by a doctor at their facility, they told us in order for her to get the proper care (that she should’ve received the first time )to either come in and pay Again the $150 co-pay or go to the hospital ! completely unprofessional and staff does not care.

My daughter recently relocated to the Summerville area from Pennsylvania and visited this office for the first time last week. She promptly contacted me to express her conviction that this would be the ideal pediatrician's office for her son. She shared with me the outstanding welcome they received from Felicia, a kind and considerate young lady who introduced them to the office and assured them that they were in excellent hands with Dr. Winkler. My daughter was impressed by Felicia's warmth and kindness, which put even my normally fearful grandson at ease, and he was even giggling during the medical examination. As she was finishing her work up, Felicia assured my daughter that the office staff had a special fondness for sweet and handsome babies, and that her son would receive plenty of love and attention from everyone. This proved to be accurate. My daughter reported that every nurse and staff member she encountered was kind, compassionate, and enamored with her son. Dr. Winkler himself demonstrated exceptional care, thoroughly addressing all of my daughter's questions and concerns and reassuring her that no question was too insignificant, especially for a first-time mother. As they departed, my daughter observed that every staff member took the time to bid farewell to her son and shower him with attention. She made a point to write down the names of the staff members, including Felicia, Kiara, Ericka, Faebian, Marie, and Dr. Winkler. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to these individuals for making my family feel like part of their own. As a mother and grandmother living far away from my children, I truly appreciate their kindness and warmth.

Today I waited 55 minutes in a near empty waiting room at the Midland office.
We are consistently waiting over 30 minutes in the waiting room to be seen, the check in process is always difficult and redundant. The doctors and nurses are nice, but the front staff is always difficult. It is not worth the hassle. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

Great people. However my son will no longer be a patient of Dr. Winkler. I will tell him what he told me on my job in town one day while waiting on a disabled customer. He of all people knows better and can take his own advice he yelled to me. " Do better. : Told him" I'm doing great under lousy circumstance." The field your in YOU KNOW BETTER.
