He called me 6x in 2h to confirm my daughter’s new patient appointment, and when I asked to do email confirmation or change my number (to my husband’s ) , he said “are you serious ? I’m cancelling your appointment!” And hung up on me. I was speechless. Can’t believe that this unhappy man is working with the public.

I have a busy schedule as I am disabled and working and was going to call back today since in the message Kiesha stated word for word and I quote “If we do not receive a phone call by 5 o'clock today, we will go ahead and cancel your appointment. Due to the inability to get your vision insurance and your confirmation.” She sent that THIS AFTERNOON. Well it is a 1pm the same day and I am at work, recieved a message that my appointment had been canceled. What happened to giving me until 5pm? Unprofessional and I will never come back.
