  I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care and compassion Julie shows to Mrs.Sandy. From day one, it was clear that this wasn’t just a job to Julie, it was a genuine calling. She showed up consistently with kindness, patience, and a positive attitude that made a meaningful difference every single day. Not only is she attentive to every need, but also went above and beyond to ensure comfort, dignity, and peace of mind. Her ability to connect on a personal level—through conversation, encouragement, and even small thoughtful gestures—truly sets her apart. Reliability and professionalism were unmatched, and I always felt confident knowing Mrs. Sandy was in such capable hands. Julie treats us better than we could ever imagine and that level of care is something we will always be grateful for.

  This has been the most wonderful caregiving experience! My caregiver, Jan Harris, is amazing. She goes out of her way to do anything I need done, but not only is she a great caregiver, she’s become a wonderful friend. When everything is done and there are no doctor appointments that we have to get to, we will go out to lunch, shop, or play Trivial Pursuit. I look forward to the days that she comes to my house. I seriously don’t know what I would do without her!

  Home Instead has gone above and beyond helping our family when we truly felt lost. Bill Glover has been kind and consistent in his compassion towards us. We look forward to his weekly visits. Home Instead’s team (Bianca) and Bill Glover has truly changed our trajectory and our feelings of hope rather than the alternative. We are grateful.

  I'm so grateful for the help we received from the Home Instead senior care agency. Each day the caregivers came to the house was a blessing to me and my husband with palsy. He was very well cared for and many of the caregivers had ideas to help make my work easier. I'm especially grateful for the help from Antanajia as she instantly had a connection with us and went above and beyond what was needed for care. She was great at listening and was so patient with taking the time that was needed so that we weren't feeling rushed or hurried. She was also very detail oriented and seemed to have an instinct about how to work best with our limitations and challenges. I liked all the other helpers as well, but just wanted to mention Antanajia since she worked with us the most. I highly recommend the Home Instead agency to anyone looking for caregivers as I feel that everyone in management and direct care were very considerate and helpful!

  Rose is our primary caregiver for our family member. She always goes above and beyond what is needed. If I can't order supplies for her client, Rose makes sure purchases are made. She also takes care of getting her client to all appointments. She made arrangements to have her husband jump off the battery to her clients car when it wasn't working. I live out of state, and Rose always makes sure I know whatever her client needs. Rose makes it much easier for us to manage our family member's care. We appreciate and are grateful for everything she does for our family member.
