- EJEd Jepson6 days ago4.0I really like the glasses. I purchased. The young lady that sold them to me was very helpful and smart. The glasses were ready in less than a week. When I went to pick them up, Eyemart Express was extremely understaffed. Apparently at least one staff member had walked out, leaving only one person present to serve a sudden influx of clients. The remaining staffer did an excellent job but it was unpleasant to wait and watch.

My only issue is that the store can get very busy because they only have 2 people working there. And of course when I went they waited on people who came in after me before they waited on me even though we all signed in when we entered. If it’s really busy I would recommend coming back another time or going somewhere else.

I never felt rushed and with my diabetes, that was refreshing. Katherine was also thorough in helping me choose frames and get the right fitment. Great over all experience!
