For OBGYN Dr. Cook was great! But when I got pregnant they switched me to Dr. Hillier who was uncaring and would only take 2 minutes to see me after I waited 1 hour. She also didn't explain any labwork to me or the cost of anything, she just told me I needed to do all these labs. They treated me like a cash cow because I was a first time mom and over 35. I recommend looking into a midwife who actually cares about you if you are pregnant. Not a BUSINESS. Also, after I had my baby I looked at my statements on the "global payment plan" they had me on and I over paid them hundreds. They didn't notice or didn't find it necessary to do a refund on their own accord. I had to call them multiple times and it took over a month for them to write the check. If just going here for regular OBGYN with Dr. Hall I recommend her! But for pregnancy, please do some research and choose a midwife, your baby and you will be in much better hands!

Dr. Parry is extremely professional: he takes time to listen and time to explain. The office atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable and caring physician. The clinic environment is very calm. Dr. Cook delivered my son after 24 hrs of labor and she made the delivery quick and easy. Very encouraging.

RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. It's a shame because the doctor I saw was the best I've ever had, especially with the procedures I had to have done. I always paid the $300 for the visits up front, and arranged payments for any procedures. This was where the nightmare began. Even though I was making payments, the office staff was INCREDIBLY rude anytime I called for any reason. They would refuse to give me any help and insist on me paying off my balance no matter why I called. They wouldn't even reschedule an appointment I had scheduled SEVEN MONTHS in advance, when I called two months in advance, because they "can't do that until I pay the money I owe them" even though I was following the payment plan we had agreed on. They even turned me over to a collection agency while I was still making payments!!! I have never been spoken to the way these hateful and condescending office trolls routinely do. I wish I had never gone here.
