Michael called me upwards of 5 times in one day simply to remind me of an appointment, and even called from their personal cell phone after I did not answer bc I work a full time job. I ended up having to reschedule at short notice ONE time due to unforeseen circumstances. Michael called twice today and I answered the second time with intentions of confirming but was met with attitude when I expressed dissatisfaction with the excessive number of calls. I will not use this location as long as he is employed and allowed to mishandle paying customers!
