The time there was well spent being in a great atmosphere , taking there time and making sure I was making the perfect pick for my new eye wear , I mean everyone there just makes you want to keep returning just for the laughter after a long day or week , again thank you guys ,see you soon until then yall have fun for me!! Melissa has helped us through kid’s bent and broken frames, picking out the perfect frames and last minute appointments. Such a wonderful, kind and accommodating staff. The doctors are absolutely wonderful and so great with my 10 year old who isn’t a fan of glasses 😆.

Everyone genuinely looks like they enjoy being there and always so eager to help me. I especially adore working with Mike he’s so down to earth and to the point which I appreciate. For the years, I have been coming there just observing while waiting he always has a wonderful sense of humor and always making the patience and staff laugh, while being so productive. He definitely adds such a value to this establishment. I look forward to seeing him and the staff every time I come. Can’t wait to see y’all again.

- VBVanessa BryantFeb 27, 20261.0I’m very disappointed with how my prescription glasses order was handled. My original pair was lost, and insurance did not cover the loss. When I received my HCA coverage, I called back and clearly requested the exact same Oakley frames and prescription as my previous order. This should have been a simple reorder. However, the sales associate failed to apply my insurance, even though it was available and should have been used. On top of that, the glasses I received are defective—the frame is cracked at the bottom, making them difficult to wear. I have been dealing with this issue instead of enjoying glasses I paid for and trusted would be done correctly. This was not a complicated order, and the mistakes were not mine. I should not have to pay again to correct an order that was processed incorrectly and delivered with a defect. Until this is fully resolved at no cost to me, I cannot recommend this location.
