  Consistently poor pharmacy experiences. Just one of many examples: 1-I had the flu, the Dr sent prescriptions to HT. 2-I received a text that the prescriptions were not in stock, but would be available in 3 days. 3-3 days later, went to pick up the scripts, and found the antibiotic had been available the entire time. When the HT employee (Ashley) was questioned, only deflection and scripted excuses were given, none of which addressed the issue. She said I needed to "talk to corporate" 4- My treatment was delayed by 3 days, which means I missed 2 days of work due to HT and their very poor practices. 5 - SInce Kroger took over HT, what was once one of the best stores is now very poor. So sad. :-(

  After the fifth time I was unable to refill a much needed med at my previous pharmacy, I was done. The reason given every time was supplier backorder issues, Of course, I was deaperate to refill and would have to call around and look for alternative pharmacies. Harris Teeter was the answer I found. Im now in the process of moving all of the prescriptions for my entire family to HT and I recommend them to people I know. The friendliness and professionalism of the HT Staff I've experienced over the last few months made the choice easy. HT always goes the extra step to provide that much needed above and beyond customer service when necessary. That's what I'm looking for in a pharmacy. Highly recommend!

  This is the worst Pharmacy ever!!!! I waited 2 hrs for 1 prescription to be filled when they told me about 30min to an hour!!! Went back 4 hrs later and they still didn’t have it ready! Got a text alert after returning to my place and went back to pick it up they were closed! So, I got up the next morning to go pick it up and they were closed again!!!! I have been calling them 3 days in a row and no answer, what is with these people! Do not fill your prescription there!!!! They don’t have any systems in place and everyone seems to be working without care!!! This was my first at last time at this pharmacy location! Most Harris Teeters are on point but this one is slack!!!!
