Having heard of complaints from friends who had difficulty in choosing a hearing aid and being unhappy after purchasing one based on online ads. Eventually, following the strong recommendation of a friend, I decided to make an appointment with Kara at Connect Hearing (AudioNova) in Summerville. After this appointment it surprised me that most of my hesitation and anxiety had disappeared. Kara patiently addressed every concern I had and assured me that she will be available to assist me through the period of adjustment to the hearing aid. In fact, I was given a generous length of time to use the hearing aids before committing to them. Kara was available and willing to meet with me as often as I felt necessary, in order to do any adjustments needed to make me comfortable with my new hearing aid. Even when she was not available when I requested an appointment, she was kind enough to ask one of the other audiologists (Janet) or the hearing care coordinator (Danyelle) to see me and to address my concerns. All three were professional and knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and extremely patient with me. I recommend their services without any hesitation.
