  The staff are very friendly and helpful. I purchased $4000 hearing aids over a year ago. They have never stayed in my ears as they should. The phone app is useless. First pair not too bad. Lost both of them due to not staying in ears. Paid for another pair and they were even worst. I am going to pursue if I was sold old or refurbished ones the second time and if I can recoup my money. I have over 8000 thrown away. Have not worn in about a month usless to me.

  I have had a very good relationship with these wonderful people for more than five years now. They never shy away from solving any problems that may arise most of the time the same or next day. Very informative about their products and knowledge about hearing loss. I give them 10 out of 5 stars.

  When it came time to replace my Costco hearing aids I started doing some research on the internet for another hearing aid provider. I made an appointment with another provider and went and had my free hearing check. I didn't feel very comfortable with the provider or the product they offered so I started looking again. I found Miracle-Ear on the internet and read a little about what they offered. So I made an appointment with this office. I couldn't be more please with my choice. Mary Ann and her assistant Joni are the best. I felt very comfortable with the exam and the care taken to explain all my options in a way I could understand. Mary Ann takes the time to go through explaining how to help your hearing loss and offers you several options of devices, not just one. The follow up care is excellent too. I can't say enough about how please I am with both the product and the level of client service you get with this office.

  My dad is 85 and was in need of a better hearing aid so we decided to go to miracle-ear,we have been there before but my dad was in question of whether or not to trust them or the prices so he went somewhere else,now he had been having issues with the cheaper brand that was purchased another doctor office,so now he is finally realizing that he needs a better hearing aid and more knowledgeable people.Mary Nunnery and Randy Ellsworth were so so helpful and knowledgeable,Randy explained so very well about what was best for my dad and Mary was so helpful and understanding about my dad's needs as well.Thank God for people who really care about your loved ones needs and so very kind and has the patience to understand the circumstances.,so thank you .these kind people are a plus,we Highly recommend them.
