I cannot say enough about how Amber and her staff go above and beyond to help out. I was recovering from week old hip replacement surgery when I needed emergency psychiatric dementia care for a relative. Amber actually came to the hospital (kids in tow since it was after school) and helped us navigate trying to have them admitted. She arranged emergency round the clock care when they were not admitted immediately. It was such a relief to have someone helping out when I was not able to do things myself.
As I said in my note to her afterward, “I cannot thank you enough for the time and expertise that you and the people who work for you devoted to helping us during such a stressful time. Our family will be forever grateful.”

Home Instead deserves so much more than 5 stars. They looked after our Dad for many years. He had several caregivers over the years. They were all excellent, attending to his needs as an elder with dementia. The office staff is also wonderful. I felt I could rely on this company and feel that Dad was well taken care of, which was a huge relief, since I live far away.
