  Fantastic eye doctor office overall. I have seen Dr. Lauren Rigsby a few times now and she is always great, very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. Dr. Rigsby is great, however, the real touch and charismatic part of the office comes from Mike. Talk about "white glove service"! This guy goes above and beyond, consistently. He clearly communicates options and pricing, is a pleasure to talk with, and truly loves what he does. He makes you immediately feel like a friend and will shoot you straight on frame/face fitment. Not only does he make sure you are 110% satisfied, he'll teach you anything/everything about glasses you always wish you knew! He doesn't know it yet, but I have deemed him my "glasses guy". Highly recommend - this is a great office!

  Dr. Ommen and his staff are the best! I have been going to their offices for years. He takes care of all 5 of my family. Most recently, my son had a chemical exposure that caused significant eye irritation and loss of vision. Dr. Ommen and his staff went to great lengths to make sure my son got the care he needed, were accommodating to our scheduling needs, took time to evaluate, treat and monitor until resolution. They also have a fantastic selection of frames and their staff is always helpful in the purchase and procurement process. They have gone out of their way to correct orders that were sent incorrectly from their supplier. I highly recommend Triangle Vision for all you eye care needs!

  I have been going to Triangle Vision for years and never had a problem. The staff is friendly, and the doctors are very knowledgeable. I have bought multiple pairs of glasses here as well and had no regrets. But I do have to shout out Erica because she is very helpful especially when it comes to having everything ready for your visit and if need contacts. She’s very knowledgeable overall. Also, have to mention Dr. Johnson because he has been my eye doctor for 7 or 8 years now and he’s personally my favorite doctor. Overall, this is a great doctor’s office to go to!

  My tech was Cassey, and I saw Dr. Ommen. Both were patient and diligent in their work. I have had fairly significant eye issues for 10+ years. They took time to listen and understand the past and present situation with my eyes. The last few times I have had an eye glasses prescription done from other doctors, it has been incorrect. I have had to change lenses and everything looked wrong. I told this to Dr. Ommen. He was patient with me. He checked everything and then double-checked to be 100% sure we were getting the right prescription the very first time. I appreciated his diligence and patience. The prescription has been perfect. The glasses I ended up choosing intially were not actually the perfect fit once I started wearing them everyday. I had chosen them becaue my wife really liked how they looked even though I knew they weren't probably my absolute favorite fit. I decided to take them back after a couple of weeks. The Triangle Visions team was patient with me and helped me find the exact right glasses for me as the first pair just didn't work. I now have the right pair of glasses and am thrilled with the service and care I received from all the opticians, doctors, and staff.
