They were very efficient & concerned with my condition. The only issue was x-ray technician did not come in that day & needed a chest x-ray to check for pneumonia. PA & staff were great & got me on the right track. Thank you.

Staff were courteous, attentive, and efficient throughout my visit. Jessica Mullis, NP, was exceptional. She demonstrated promptness, strong clinical knowledge, and resourcefulness in addressing my concerns. She took the time to thoroughly educate me during the visit while providing appropriate and efficient care. In my experience across multiple urgent care facilities, she stands out as one of the most competent and professional nurse practitioners I have encountered. I would confidently consider her my preferred provider for future urgent medical needs.

Updated: the Provider I saw with the awful attitude and who was aggressive and accusatory is named Jo Ann Rajcic PA She is terrible Avoid JO ANN RAJCIC PA at all costs The worst medical help and experience I’ve ever received. Was sick for a week and a half while also pregnant and after trying everything at home I went in for additional assistance with severe vomiting and flu like symptoms. Beyond the fact that they couldn’t help me in any way medically due to “lack of labs etc.” to check me fully to see what the issue was, the doctor that came in had an awful and accusatory attitude and was extreme rude and aggressive. She not only couldn’t do her job and help but also couldn’t have the decency to explain or talk to me about my concerns without making jabs and insinuating that it was my fault for coming there seeking help that they couldn’t give. She basically called me stupid for saying I would throw up upon eating (as well as when I had nothing and it was just bile). She threw in my face that I hadn’t thrown up since I had been there (I brought a bucket in with me as I was feeling that bad) as if that makes a difference that I’ve been throwing up over a week. I’m not upset that they didn’t have the facilities to help I’m upset that they wasted my time that I could’ve been sitting in the ER waiting on actual help and more than anything am extremely disgusted that medical staff who are supposed to support and help people when they are feeling their worst approach their patients with aggression, non-sensitivity, rudeness, and attitude. This is not the place to be heard or helped. If you want quality or even hell decent bare minimum medical care go somewhere else. These people have no business helping people and don’t want to. Don’t waste your time.

We visited the Seneca location with my daughter who had injured her ankle. To start with, after a visit with the practitioner ( who was very nice), we were told that their xray machine was not available and that we would have to go to the Clemson office for xrays. Frustrating. So after receiving an initial diagnosis and a boot to wear, we drove to Clemson for x rays. We received a call an hour later that her ankle WAS broken. She said shecwould refer us to Nlue Ridge Orthopedics for follow up and treatment. I recd a call from BRO the next day to make an appt, and the staff said Urgent care had sent a diagnosis and referral, but no trays. We went today for our appt, only to be told that she DID NOT break her ankle after all! Dr said without xrays from urgent care to compare with, she cant explain what happened. A Radiologist should certainly be able to properly diagnose a broken bone. The whole experience was frustrating. An urgent care, by the very nature of their practice, should be able to perform xrays and certainly, read them correctly.
