  I was there to treat a finger injury. I had made a placeholder appointment mid-day for 4:30. I only had a 5 minute wait to be seen, the first nurse took my vitals and the PA saw me within 5 minutes. The pre-check-in process saved time as I did not have to check out. Very smooth experience.

  Quick and straight to the point. I never have to wait long when walking in (I even bring a book because I’m used to waiting at urgent care but I never need it here).

  Physician was wonderful, he took a lot of time to discuss our concerns. X-ray tech was kind and compassionate. Nursing staff and front desk personnel was not compassionate or helpful. Not really even courteous.Didn’t even discuss discharge instructions for my sons broken arm and we had to walk back into to make sure ibuprofen was okay to take for his pain. Said she didn’t really know but thought that was fine.?? I’m a CRNA so I’m fully aware of what’s helpful and when the staff is being rude.

  I had needed an immediate time with a physician and Dr Wetcher was friendly. The office was supper clean along with the patient room clean. The front desk staff was friendly and as well as the nursing staff.
