- YZYasmeena ZoDec 20, 20251.0Medicare Fraud: They are committing Medicare Advantage Fraud. Unless the money they took from us is given back, we will be reporting to Medicare for Fraudulent Activity. Absolute crooks. They are in network but still charged us. and out of network is $40 max for annual exam. They billed is as $115! AND THEN they don’t know the first and last name of the doctor, they do not have the address where this doctor is located somewhere in florida, but no address for insurance to look up. They wanted $115 For a routine non special no contacts eye exam. Absolute crooks. Do not got to stanton optical OR whoever they say the doctor is or their NO NAME doctor’s office. - Elizabeth C.

I had binocular double vision and they were able to assist me in getting other appointments and getting the help that I needed. They absolutely treat you with kindness and like family best class place ever.

I figured a little longer because of Veterans day; so possibly Friday or Monday..no problem. FRIDAY. NOTHING. NOT EVEN A TRACKING NUMBER. MONDAY..NOTHING AGAIN. BUT A TRACKING NUMBER SHOWED UP WITH DELIVERY TO BE WED THE 19TH. WELL HERE ARE WED 19TH AND STILL NO GLASSES AND ONLY INFO I CAN GET IS THAT THEY WERE LOADED ON A TRUCK SOMEWHERE AT 4 44 AM. A friend had her appointment the Friday after mine...2 days later. She had her glasses Monday!!!! Makes no sense at all. I really just want my money back at this point. I could have take my prescription anywhwre else and already had my glasses!! I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone use Stanton Optical ,so many others out there.
- LRLydia RachowOct 14, 20252.0Don't bother getting scratch warranty coverage! Had my glasses for 3 months and the lens had a spot right in the middle of my eye. Took them in and they wanted over $100 to put in a new lens. First of all, a cloudy spot shouldnt have shown up on a new lens. Also don't expect to see an eye doctor in the office. The doctor was on zoom or a video call on a screen in the exam room. Not a great selection of designer glasses either.

I picked them up about a week and half later. These are my first prescription glasses and they explained things thoroughly to me. Great experience
