    Went to Eyemart Express today. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly! Was especially pleased with the selection of eyeglasses and the speed it took to make my glasses, 45 minutes!

    I had my vision exam in August 2025 and returned in January 2026 to order my contact lenses. I want to start by saying that the frames side of EyeMart has exceptional customer service and is the only reason I continue to choose this location for my annual eye exams. Unfortunately, my experience with the contact lens ordering process was the complete opposite. When I attempted to order my contacts, the receptionist suggested I order through 1-800 Contacts, which I found very odd. If I am physically coming into your office and my insurance covers my contacts, I should not be pushed to use an outside service. I declined and requested to order directly through the office as I have done for years. I was told my contacts would arrive in one week. I was not given a receipt or any order confirmation. A week later, I returned to pick them up after receiving no call or notification and was told by the same receptionist, Wendy, that my contacts were not in. When I asked for a receipt or proof of order, she stated with attitude that she could not provide one because insurance paid for it. That is unacceptable. Regardless of who pays, a receipt or order confirmation should always be provided. She refused to give me anything. I asked for a manager and was told she was the only one working. I then requested to speak with the doctor. Thankfully, Dr. Logan stepped in and helped me by providing trial contact lenses (not my exact prescription, but enough to get me by), as I was on my very last pair. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Logan for going out of his way to help despite having other patients to see. After reviewing my insurance benefits and statements, I confirmed that no contact lens order was ever submitted nothing was charged. This is deeply concerning. Was I expected to keep coming back every week for an order that was never placed? Contact lenses are not a luxury for me; they are a medical necessity. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service from Wendy is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting. I am requesting that an owner or manager reach out to me directly, as I still have no confirmation that my contact lenses have been ordered. I hope this matter is taken seriously, because while the frames department is outstanding, this experience has significantly shaken my trust in the overall practice.
