The staff was rude, put wrong information on her physical this go around. Pay attention to details and get it right the first time instead of having someone come back to get it corrected!!!!

Says it automatically triggers cause my bmi. I’m not shiny by all means but everything on my physical was great. I feel like he does this because it keep people coming back every three months. I also feel like he gets kick back cause people need a sleep apnea test done and he recommends a Certain place to go. I feel like he gets a good kick back cause he b recommends it to so many people don’t waste your money here
