  The most unprofessional interaction I have EVER experienced in my entire life. Highly unacceptable behavior from ALL staff. Front desk, nurses, and the doctors, all should be ashamed of how they behaved. I found proper care at the ER at BMH. Novant Health is highly recommended off of Bluffton Road and in Port Royal, BUT the location in Okatie is NOT recommended. Save the time, go absolutely anywhere else.

  Dr Burnett was not helpful in treating a condition I’ve dealt with for over 15 years. Anytime I needed care for this (very non-emergent condition) - she told me to go to the emergency room or urgent care. This was a waste of the time and resources of doctors who needed to be treating emergencies. Every time I went to urgent care, they asked me why I didn’t go to my primary care doctor for the condition - I had to explain that she refused treatment. I’ve since gotten a new primary care physician and within the Novant network who has been extremely helpful, attentive, and supportive in my care needs.

  I have NO concerns regarding Dr. Chambers or the office staff. My concern is with Tenet. There has to be something wrong with Tenet management and procedures. There seems to be a revolving door relative to doctors at Okatie Primary Care. These doctors leave for a reason. That reason always seems to be the mess at Tenet. If you want to fix something or improve the operation, just look in the mirror.

  I have seen Dr. Chambers for the last year, just love her, she is very professional, yet caring and easy to talk to. She seems to listen and take the time to be involved in my health care, and yet seems interested in my every day life. The office personnel is up to date on my needs and it's nice to go to an appt. and be seen on time.
